Fourth Papa John’s store for Gurnek Singh
Papa John’s, a leading pizza franchise chain, has announced that franchisee, Gurnek Singh, has opened his fourth store. Singh, who joined the franchise in 2011 runs stores in Rugby, Leamington Spa and Sheffield and has now opened in Banbury, Oxfordshire, on George Street.
“We are seeing a growing trend by our franchisees to run multiple operations,” confirms Anthony Round, business development manager. “This is where the franchisee purchases more than one unit, maximising the opportunity we offer.
“Currently we are offering no franchise fee to open further outlets and there are advantages of economies of scale by running more than one store as it offers the chance for expansion using a formula franchisees know works well.
